IPA Porcellane has a 50% female workforce, a balance that is equally reflected in management and board positions

Circular economy

Responsible production

85% of production waste is recovered and reused – either reintegrated into the production cycle or supplied as secondary materials to other industries

Water reuse

Our production facilities are designed to reintroduce water into the production cycle rather than releasing it into the sewage system

Efficient use of energy

During the crucial drying phase, cups are placed in dryers that recover and utilise waste heat from the kilns
